Cancellation Policy

1) Rescheduling Grace Window You have a 1-hour grace window after your scheduled start time to contact us and reschedule once at no charge. If we don’t hear from you within 1 hour after the start time, the appointment is treated as a no-show (see §3). 2) Cancellations If you choose to cancel (instead of rescheduling), a $5 cancellation fee applies, regardless of when you cancel. Cancellation is considered final; to keep your slot, please choose rescheduling instead of canceling. 3) No-Shows A no-show is when you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us within the 1-hour grace window. No-show fee: $25. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or result in service refusal. 4) Late Arrivals If you join late but within the 1-hour grace window, we’ll do our best to accommodate; the session may be shortened to end at the original end time. 5) How to Notify Us To reschedule or cancel, contact us via email/text/phone listed in your confirmation. Messages must be timestamped to qualify for the grace window. 6) Billing & Payment By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable no-show ($25) or cancellation ($5) fees. 7) Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. One courtesy waiver may be granted at our discretion when supported by circumstances. 8) Agreement By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
